Monika offers a unique perspective as a leading branding and creativity expert for the last 25+ years. As a 3-time entrepreneur, she is forever curious and passionate about helping others find and express their truth.
Monika is currently the founder of Kindred Creative Group, a brand innovation agency supporting organizations that are committed to making a positive impact on the world, including: Clif Bar, Title Nine, Hog Island Oysters, Bonterra Wines, Yerba Mate Guayaki, Design Within Reach, Sunbasket and Line39 Wines.
As a sound healer, spiritual seeker, and human design-led coach, Monika loves helping others live from their own authentic joy and purpose. She is a certified instructor in Yoga, Meditation, Sound Healing, and Human Design. She’s also a perpetual student, always eager to learn more about Yogic philosophy and Tibetan Buddhism.
Monika’s free time is spent immersed in personal expression as a musician and artist, whether it’s composing music on the piano or making art from pine needles and vintage books. She also takes great interest and pride in her two amazing daughters and the bad puns of her husband. Having grown up in Berkeley and attended UC Berkeley, she embraces her quirky, liberal to the core, upbringing.

With over two decades of examining and challenging the status quo, Elizabeth's mission focuses on expanding the consciousness of global leaders to create a deeply connected, win-for-all, peaceful, and human-centric world. She believes we can achieve unparalleled innovation, connectedness, ease, and well-being only when we challenge the obsolete status quo and barriers to a sustainable, purpose-driven life.
Elizabeth's broad portfolio of work as an advisor, thought partner, and executive coach includes aligning with global leaders, social entrepreneurs, venture capitalists, and Fortune brands. She has advised and coached senior executives from Apple, Netflix, Salesforce, Alphabet, Amazon, Nike, E&Y, and Bridgewater, among many others. Elizabeth is also the founder and CEO of Simpatia Health, an emerging consultancy revolutionizing the global landscape of women's health through profound inner transformation and inspired social change.
Informed by her applied studies in health, psychology, neuroscience, trauma, psychoneuroimmunology, epigenetics, and mindfulness, Elizabeth is known for the ability to hold deep space for others and translate complex issues into simple, accessible frameworks.
Elizabeth holds a B.A. in Communications/Psychology, M.S. in Functional Health and Holistic Nutrition, and the following certifications: Board-Certification in Holistic Health, Executive Coach, T-Group Facilitator, Epigenetic Performance Coach, and recently completed an Advanced Master Program on the Treatment of Trauma and a postgraduate certificate in Global Mental Health and Trauma Recovery from Harvard Medical School.
She is the author of The Modern Salad: Innovative New American and International Recipes Inspired by Burma's Iconic Tea Leaf Salad. She lives in the Bay Area with her wise-beyond-his-years son.
